Do you want to get deeper into your practice and “play to your edge”?
This two-hour focused workshop is for those looking to advance their physical asana practice. Workshops will break down the fundamentals of more advanced poses such as arm balances, inversions, and backbends.
The workshops are fun, intimate and encourage growth in each student’s asana practice on a personal level, enjoy some adventure in a safe and nurturing setting.
Most Levels welcome: students must know foundational principles of a flow-style yoga practice before attending this workshop.
In order to maintain individual attention and give each student optimal care and assistance, enrollments are limited to 12 students.
